USAID has continued to commit to a long-term investment to the SEAOHUN network. A legal entity is needed to facilitate this investment.
The Office of Secretariat is designed to serve as the focal point for USAID to provide financial, technical, and governance support to the network partners in SEA.
Workshops were held in each country to demonstrate the module material and innovative teaching techniques and to discuss ways to use the modules to create courses
