The location is excellent and I continue to be impressed by the excellent customer care and professionalism of the staff
All things considered, what could we have done to improve your experience?
It really wasn't an issue but I booked a twin room which had been set up as a King. Housekeeping had to be called to sort this. I have mention one employee
that deserves special praise: Patricia from Housekeeping was just brilliant and very complimentary about Radisson, which was a credit to you. First class.
