Teachers comments
You need to upload all of your preliminary work so far please.
1. Some good analysis of your 4 film openings although more detail could
be added. Is there anything you will take as inspiration from them for your
film? Some additional thoughts added, although very brief.
2. Excellent prezi on your chosen genre, lots of good detail. Also good blog
post on the conventions of your genre.
3. Good visualisation of your target audience. You could add what interests
they might have or other types of films/media they might like. Some
additional information added.
4. Good first draft of your script. You could re-do this with the characters
name to follow script conventions (taking out the actors names). Script
now re-written in correct format. Please re-label it so it appear in with
your pre-production.
5. Some evidence of drafting from initial ideas to script.
6. Good clear storyboards, well done
7. A basic shot list. You could use this as a draft and use the table format to
add more detail. No changes have been made.
8. Clear floor plan showing your plans
9. Good photos of your location from a variety of angles
10.Costume choices identified well.
11.Some evidence of props mentioned in with costumes – a bag, is this all
you will need? More props and images have been uploaded.
12.Actor choices identified, you could add photos of your actors and state
why you chose them to be in your film. Images of actors now added, no
reasons behind choices given.
13.A very brief equipment list, will you not need an SD card or tripod? You
2. could make this more visual and add photos of the things you will use.
More detail and images now added.
14.A good production schedule. You need to add when you will edit to this.
Editing time has now been added.
Good overall work George, all tasks have been completed. At the moment this
is a level 2, if you add more detail to the above then this could be solidly into
level 3.
All work has now been uploaded and improved to a proficient level, well done.
