Researchers
 Action researchers should provide the IRB
with
 clear data collection plans
 assurance that the research is not coercive
 cover letters that explain the studies and
the role of the teacher researcher
 parental permission forms, copies of data
collection instruments
include questions that allow student to opt out
while appearing to participate
 any other institution-specific materials
