FREESTYLER™

Introduction to the FREESTYLER & FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS The FREESTYLER is a modern exercise platform that makes very different and interesting workouts possibilities. The Freestyler has been extensively studied and researched for over 3 years and integrates the latest scientific achievements. The result is a highly methodical, systematic and logical exercise system.
This exercise system is unique because it combines progressive resistance with multi-axis movements to simulate natural human movements.
Because this device enables completely free and natural movements on all levels, we named it the FREESTYLER.
Different programs enable various uses of the FREESTYLER device and make it an ideal choice in many wellness programs. ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]

Everyday natural motion demands movement in all directions. The exercises that force us to make simple movements are less effective and less useful. In single-axis movements certain muscles may become strong but there is a lack of coordination. “ The key to functional exercise is integration. It’s about teaching all the muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently.“ (Roskopf, 2005) INTRODUCTION TO THE FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS™

BASIC EXERCISES ON THE FREESTYLER Basic exercises on the Freestyler are mainly derived from single axis movements , combined movements according to functional anatomy. We consider this as basics for all further Functional dynamics multiaxis movement patterns. Exercises are organised according to body parts and movements of the joints.

FREESTYLER E XERCISES MOVEMENTS Actions where both , muscles and planes of movements , are easy to define. Traditional exercise with a higher or lower level of stabilization required . Actions where more muscles and plane of movements are involved. Combination of upper and lower limbs movements or complex core movements .
[object Object],[object Object],Functional training mainly involves weight-bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Most fitness facilities have a variety of weight training machines that target and isolate specific muscles. As a result the movements do not necessarily bear any relationship to the movements people make in their regular activities or sports. Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises that allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.
