where or how we’ll get there therefore wed preparefor

o Havinga prizeof sorts to award the best film would be
nice because it is our end project and it’s a filler and a
nice thing to do for an event. Although getting products
maybe an issue so may have to think about sponsors.
 Food and drink
o Havingstuff for the viewersto snack on or drink would
be just a nice little + for the event makingingmore
confortable.
 Films
o Havingall the filmsto show for the film showing is the
main thing we need because without it wecant have the
venuebecause wewill have films.
 Film order
o Orderingfilms in such a way that meansif there’s any
graphic to comes at the end incase peoplebring younger
siblings or there younger audienceswithoutgiving a age
rating.
 Advertising
o What we nee to do is try get the eventout there so we
can have morepeopleat the eventto see our films on the
big screen.

o Givingsome context on the run order and what the films
about would help any audiencesmembers who haven’t
seen the film before understand what’shapping.
