Oversaw all warehousing, inventory, and receiving activity and operations for both the card
manufacturing and card services departments.
Reduced active inventory by 15% and obsolete inventory by 21%, to an all-time low, while
maintaining sufficient quantities to meet all manufacturing and personalization requirements.
Successfully implemented an alternative inventory/locator program to monitor and track
specific ‘non-inventory’ items that were required for individual jobs for card services.
Identified obsolete items in warehouse inventory and greatly reduced their quantities by
finding internal alternate uses, selling, or destroying and selling to recyclers.

Managed all production processes and final inspection activity for the card manufacturing
department. Duties included maintaining proper staffing requirements, meeting shipping
requirements of finished cards, implementing quality improvement processes and operator
training and cross-training programs.
Implemented Cross Training program in card manufacturing and final inspection areas that
resulted in 90% of the workers having the ability to run at least one other piece of equipment
of another process

From Plant start-up, established and implemented a Quality System that monitors all
processes of plastic card manufacturing to assure compliance to all applicable ISO and
customer requirements. This includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to Management
of all Key indicators i.e. Customer Returns, Internal Scrap, Product on Hold, and AQL Lot
inspection results utilizing Minitab and Excel for Pareto charting.
Implemented Quality System that resulted in reduction of Customer Returns by 68% the 1st
year, another 60% the 2nd
year, to less than 0.2% of shipped cards by end of year 3.
Assumed responsibility of the ISO Quality System which included the upgrading all of the
procedures and resulted in retention of the company’s ISO certification

manufacturing (printing, lamination, die cutting) and service bureau (personalization,
