'There are lot of activities happening at SBI like multiple DR drills, month end activities, Tax payment days,
Year end activities etc. Entire team worked beyond limits in last 4-5 months and near smooth execution of
all activities in spite of having limitations. There wa a huge pressure from senior management of TechM &
SBI. Francis being the Project Manager all long during this period has done stupendous job. On multiple
occasions he worked for more than 48 hrs to support team. Extremely well planned and well executed.
