Dear Administrator,
I am writing to you in behalf of Ms. Fran Goundry who has demonstrated to the school community of
Holy Trinity Episcopal her expertise and passion as an educator. As her immediate supervisor, I have
been so blessed to have her as part of our administrative team. As the Director of Admissions she
possesses many outstanding characteristics as a professional educator and administrator:
 Organized, creative, and innovative implementation of a strategic marketing and public
relations.
 Establishes and fosters positive relationships with the students, parents, staff, stakeholders, and
community members. Does especially well with difficult parents!
 Reaches out to local businesses, publications, chambers, and professional organizations to
promote the school’s program and events. Her perseverance, work ethics, and dedication to the
school’s mission/vision is outstanding.
 Strong time management and communication skills.
 Maintains all forms of social media for the school. Created school’s Google+, Vimeo, UTube,
Greater Schools, NAIS, HAIS, and retained school website.
 Generates opportunities with faculty and parents to share resources and build unity. Fran is not
afraid of taking a risk and following through until completion.
 Maintains student data base, generates and assesses new applicants, creates enrollment
information and marketing material.
 Helps to mentor and support new teachers. Always flexible and always willing to help.
 Organized and facilitated Open House events and expos off campus.
 Participates in PLC’s with enthusiasm and insight. Handles constructive criticism with grace
and a strategic plan for improvement.
 Always exhibits enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a smile!
It has been my privilege to work with Fran this year. Her professionalism, proactive leadership and
compassion, has become an integral part of our Administrative team. Her diverse knowledge and
competencies will be a valuable asset at any educational institution.
