The document presents the Cyber Readiness Index 2.0, which evaluates 125 countries' preparedness for cyber risks and identifies areas for improvement. It does this through a methodology with over 70 indicators across 7 elements: national strategy, incident response, e-crime law enforcement, information sharing, investment in R&D, diplomacy and trade, and defense and crisis response. The CRI 2.0 aims to help countries understand gaps between their current cyber security posture and capabilities needed to achieve economic goals, and provides a blueprint for countries to become "cyber ready."
