A really quick (15') presentation I gave in 09/10/2013 at The Cube Athens about the way we SCRUM at Skroutz. "We don't SCRUM at Skroutz" was the 2nd thing I said during this presentation! :-) TBH I made these decks in a rush, 30 minutes before the talk, so there is not much info in them. I just wanted to use them as a backdrop.
