‘EXPANDING THE QUALITY ‘SPIRIT’ OF VET (Q&VET)’ 4TH
TRANSNATIONAL MEETING WAS HELD ON
THE 2ND-3RD OF JUNE 2014 IN MAASTRICHT, THE NETHERLANDS
‘Expanding the quality ‘spirit’ of VET (Q&VET)’ 4th transnational meeting was held on the 2nd-3rd
of June 2014 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The meeting intended to scrupulously discuss the
draft guidelines, which are the main goal of the project.
The partners from Austria, Belarus, Italy, Netherlands, Russia,
Sweden, and Turkey attended the meeting. The first matter to cover
was the Interim evaluation report from EACEA. It was followed by a
plenary session on the draft guidelines. Internal monitoring,
dissemination and finances were deliberated on during the second
day of the meeting.
“The topics of the meeting were very diverse. Besides the draft guidelines we managed to thoroughly
cover evaluation report from EACEA, Dissemination, Financials, Internal monitoring… I feel it’s been
very productive, thanks to all the partners for this”, - says Ali Rashidi, the director of Department for
International Cooperation of Folkuniversitetet.
‘Expanding the quality ‘spirit’ of VET is a Leonardo Da Vinci project, launched on the 1st
of November
2012. Its goal is developing a set of guidelines which enable and support the leadership in a VET-
provider organisation to motivate and engage teaching staff in quality assurance initiatives.
