7. Vehicle Incoming Inspection
Vehicles entering our production plant are going
thru a thorough visual inspection according to
our QC department standardized form.
8. Disassembly
At this stage the vehicle is being
disassembled , all parts are numbered,
wrapped and properly stored away.
9. Armoring Components Installation
The CNC precut ballistic steel plates are fitted
and welded on.
All welding is inspected and any nonconformities
are corrected.
10. Reassembly
Heavy duty hinges, suspension and brake system
components are installed where necessary.
Interior panels and upholstery is trimmed and
refitted.
Ballistic glass is last to be installed.
11. Detailing and Documentation
Detailing and cleaning of the vehicle is the final
step in the production process.
Every vehicle is delivered with a full set of
certificates for the ballistic materials used and all
export documentation.
12. Final QC Inspection and Pre-delivery
Procedures
QC and Sales Department final duties are to
ensure that client and/or shipping agent,
receives the vehicle and documentation in
perfect conditions.
