5. Annual Plan Per Florida Statute 163.356(3)(c) requires that the CRA will file with the governing body (the County of Volusia) annually, on or before, March 31, a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to include: A complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income and operating expenses Must publish in a local newspaper a notice that the report has been filed and is available to the public during business hours

Examples of Improvements Through Financial Incentive Program Before During 2010, Warner Christian Academy received a CRA Façade Improvement Grant in the amount of $15,000 which was leveraged with $84,000 of their own funding. The grant funds were used in part to complete painting of their campus buildings including the main building fronting our US1 corridor in our redevelopment district. This simple improvement project has made a dramatically positive impact to this main commercial corridor in our CRA. After
