Ensures that all trainees are trained and have evaluation survey prior to signing of
contract
Shall makes ID’s of newly hired employees before the seven (7) days training
ends/prior to deployment
Process type A uniform of newly hired employees during the seven (7) days training
Checks 201 file if requirements are complete.
Schedules turn-over/deployment of staff in the outlet. Sees to it that necessary
deployment forms will be provided
Able to communicate with audit regarding the schedule of turn-over
Facilitates the issuance of uniform, giving of SQL password and making the word
press account of newly hired
Deployment form shall be given to the newly hired employee whether MT, Rank and
File and Office staff.
Operations Head shall be the last person to sign the deployment form. The latter is
held responsible in determining whether the newly hired personnel is ready for
deployment or not.
Able to look for replacement when staff is absent or during emergency turn-over
Facilitates manpower movements (transfers, promotions, regularization, separation)
Monthly submission of manpower monitoring for the HR officer (EOC,
regularization, separation and newly hired)
