Duties/Responsibilities – HR Placement Staff:
 Ensures that all trainees are trained and have evaluation survey prior to signing of
contract
 Shall makes ID’s of newly hired employees before the seven (7) days training
ends/prior to deployment
 Process type A uniform of newly hired employees during the seven (7) days training
 Checks 201 file if requirements are complete.
 Schedules turn-over/deployment of staff in the outlet. Sees to it that necessary
deployment forms will be provided
 Able to communicate with audit regarding the schedule of turn-over
 Facilitates the issuance of uniform, giving of SQL password and making the word
press account of newly hired
 Deployment form shall be given to the newly hired employee whether MT, Rank and
File and Office staff.
 Operations Head shall be the last person to sign the deployment form. The latter is
held responsible in determining whether the newly hired personnel is ready for
deployment or not.
 Able to look for replacement when staff is absent or during emergency turn-over
 Facilitates manpower movements (transfers, promotions, regularization, separation)
 Monthly submission of manpower monitoring for the HR officer (EOC,
regularization, separation and newly hired)
 Facilitates clearances of resigned employees or employees who ended their contracts
 Process certificate of employment
 Facilitates the completion of the deployment form, endorsement form, contract/quit
claim and other HR requirements
Duties/Responsibilities – HR Misconduct Staff:
 Responsible in distributing incident report form in all branches and departments
 Facilitates incident reports from branches and departments. Sees to it that this will be
collected delay to prevent from delays in giving penalties to employees
 Higher cases of misconducts shall be submitted to the HR Officer for proper due
process
 Responsible in making misconduct notices to employees who deviate company
policies
 Shall initiate penalties to erring employees. May coordinate with the HR Officer for
clarification
 Facilitates serving of misconduct notices and conduct one-on-one counseling to these
erring employees
 Misconduct notices shall be submitted to the Filing Clerk for proper filing in the 201
file
 Maintains complete and accurate files or records of employees’
misconducts/violations incurred
 Able to recommend for dismissal of employees
 Facilitates in serving show cause notices, either personal or through registered mail
and submitting such doc to Department of Labor
 Able to conduct roving both in the city and in towns every week and be able to correct
and coach employees (including security guard) who violated the company rules and
regulations Responsible in evaluating and assessing personnel prior to the end of
contract
 Assists the hr officer during performance appraisal of mancom members
 Responsible in evaluating and assessing personnel prior to the end of contract
(Assessment based on the violations committed)
 Responsible in collecting performance appraisal of employees coming from
immediate superior prior to the end of contract. Said performance appraisal and the
evaluation coming from counseling division shall be the basis whether to end the
employees contract or be recommended to the affiliate Coop and Agency
 Assist the HR Officer in monitoring company’s reward scheme for all personnel
 Ensures that incentives for employees are released regularly
 Able to implement hr operational procedures and plans other initiatives for the
improvement of the department
