7. history and management Origa Consulting was founded by Michel Noiry and Evangelos Nicolaou at the beginning of 2009 with the aim of providing performance enhancement services to our clients and combine high value for money with tangible results. Michel Noiry has over 25 years of international experience in corporate management and business consulting where he has advised clients in various sectors including Private Equity Funds, insurance and financial services, information technology, distribution and retail, public transportation, hospitality services, and telecommunications. Michel has held key roles with global consultancy firms and corporations Deloitte Consulting (partner), Calan Ramolino (partner), Gould (finance director) and Abbott Laboratories (controller) prior to founding Origa Consulting. His areas of expertise include strategy consulting, financial management, turnaround management, corporate restructuring and IT systems consulting. Michel holds a degree in Politics and a degree in International Business and Finance from Dauphine University in Paris, France and is a board member of the consultancies federation SYNTEC. He is fluent in French, English, and German. Evangelos Nicolaou has over20 years of international professional experience in 18 countries in 5 continents as a success-oriented leader in interim management and business consulting where he has advised clients in various sectors including FMCG, distribution and retail, manufacturing and assembling, automotive, energy, railways and heavy industry. Evangelos has held key roles with global consultancy firms SRM Business Consulting (director of international operations), REL Consultancy Group (member of the supply chain practice leadership team), IMR (operations manager), and Proudfoot Consulting (project manager) prior to founding Origa Consulting. His areas of expertise include turnaround management, M&A, performance improvement, temporary management, and supply chain management. Evangelos holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from John Cabot University, Rome, Italy and a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Birmingham Southern College in Alabama, USA.
