To Whom It May Concern,
I am very pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Filippo Rinaldi whom you are
considering for a permanent job.
Filippo Rinaldi began working for Parcelly Ltd. in May 2015. As the Managing Director of the
company, I have seen Filippo work studiously and with intelligence. He has established good
relationships with his colleagues, and during his time in this company he has developed strong
leadership and interpersonal skills that have been unanimously praised by colleagues.
Filippo joined the company after he finished his Master at City University in London. He worked
very hard and progressed steadily, revealing his passion and enthusiasm for the processes regarding
the company. His duties involved recruiting new business partners and retaining existing ones, as
well as managing marketing, industry and company research.
Filippo's talent was always evident in his performance. He displayed strong leadership and logical
thinking abilities, and worked very well within the team. He consistently completed tasks assigned
to him on time and without errors.
Filippo proved his ability to work constantly and precisely under the pressure of a start-up business,
which demands a reactive, resolved and committed attitude. Due to his energetic work spirit,
persistent dedication and his accurate behavior towards his colleagues, we would like to express our
