I will be interested to learn
how important efficacy is
in different cultures. This
should have a bearing on
how we manage efficacy
across our products that
are being designed for
more global delivery.
I've really enjoyed
watching the videos for
those who have applied to
be Roving Reporters at the
Summit! Great work
everyone!
What a wonderful
opportunity that Pearson
has presented to its
employees. The thought of
getting to meet, interview,
network with senior level
employees is so exciting!!
I will be applying for sure!

“I really appreciate the efforts to provide
remote participants with access to the full
suite of materials and presentations
available to those in Miami. Even if we
can't all participate in real-time, it's great
to have all of these resources available on
Neo for future reference. Thanks for the
careful planning to make this as
inclusive as possible for those of us
who can't be there!”

Move to the Cloud
In the beginning…
Technology is ever changing and the expectations of your users will change too. Your community needs to connect with other parts of the enterprise, it needs to integrate with other tools, it needs to be quicker, more mobile etc.
At Pearson we’ve focused our attention on integrating our Learning Management tool (Milo) and Neo. It was important for Pearson to be able to connect our formal and informal learning. Neo host the support, help and publises what is on offer at Pearson, Milo is the platform through which we deliver, manage and record the learning journey and performance.
To compliment this we’ve introduced gamification using an API. People can complete learning to earn badges and missions.
