P.U. LACQUER CLEAR
Description: Two-pack components polyurethane clear on polyol resin and
polyisocynanate resin.
Use: Clear finish for where and extremely durable finish is required
Features: • Tough film
• Excellent chemical resistance

Colour: Clear
Technical: Packing: 1 pail – 20 liters
Mixing ratio= Base : hardener = 2:1 (by volume)
Pot life: 4 hrs at 300C
Specific gravity: 0.90 – 1.00
Flash point: 40C
Application: Application method: spray, brush can also be used.
Thinner: P.U. thinner
Thinning ratio: 40 – 50% if necessary
Dry film thickness: 30 microns/coat
Drying time: Touch dry – 60 minutes at 300C
Hard dry – 24 hrs at 300C
Over coating interval: 45 minutes at 300C
Sanding time: 45 minutes at 300C
Painting Surface preparation: remove oil, grease and foreign matters
specification before coating. If necessary, prepare by sanding to establish a
smooth clean surface.
Sealer: 1 – 2 coat of P.U. sealer clear
Topcoat: 1 – 2 coat of P.U. lacquer clear

Description: Two-pack polyurethane based on polyol resin and
polyisocynanate resin with suitable sanding agent.
Use: Sealer for absorbent wooden materials to provide a smooth
even surface upon light sanding.

• Good penetration into wooden substrates including cane
• Transparent finish
• Good heat resistance
• Excellent applicability

Description: Nitrocellulose base clear lacquer
Use: Finishing clear for timber wall paneling, wood, cane and other
quality wooden surfaces in factory application.
Features: • Tough and flexible film
• Super high gloss

Pot life: 1 day at 300C
Specific gravity: 0.95 – 1.05
Flash point: 290C
Application: Application method: spray, brush can also be used.
