connect potential applicants to potential
              employers

PROBLEM

 Paper usage for the job application process
  is not environmentally friendly
 The potential for lost or damaged resumes
  during the transition between representative
  & HR exists, resulting in lost opportunities
 Objects in-hand result in unintentional
  distractions
