That was posible by closing down the Soap and Industrial Produts Units.  Led new design of resonsabilities for each position of the “Santista Alimentos” Vegetable Oil Refinery, resulting in reduction of 20% of the labor costs, 12% of the fixed costs and 7% of the variable costs, with 10% gain in productivity. Research / Product Development / Innovation  Reformulated all the haircare brands of Natura, leading to an increase of market share from 3.5% to 7% in 3 years.  Led the reformulation and repacking of ca. 100 SKUs for the launch of the brand Natura in the USA, partnering with American R&D enterprises.  Developed a new line of margarines for the brand Delicia Cremosa, in a very short period of 2 months, to support a large marketing campaign for Bunge Alimentos.  Carried through motivation actions with a new Research group, supported by HR, leading the team from a low level of satisfaction (49% of favourability) to a high level of satisfaction, one of the highest with in the Innovation VP (72% of favourability for the 1st year, and 82% for the 2nd).  Strategical replanning of the Biotech Research group, giving it a higher relevance within Natura, which led to the criation of a specific area for the theme at Natura. Sustainability  Led a multidisciplinary team, in charge of finding and introducing technical solutions that would allow Natura to reduce its carbon footprint by 33%.  Developed a new solution for an aerossol system, that reduced the carbon footprint by 80%.  Introduced a new compact aerossol line of products that reduced the carbon footprint by 46%.
