HR department always has been an indispensable part of any
organization. Now a days HR employees are called strategic business
partners also. For vQsolution Ltd. "Good enough is not enough". As an
emerging software development firm, vQsolution is actually doing quite
well in-terms of getting new projects and prospective clients. With few
improvement scopes in performance appraisal process, reward concept,
proper review of compensation packages, effective training and
knowledge transfer to build competent resource pool, vQsolution can
retain top talent experts and reduce it’s risk of missing software delivery
deadlines and release failures.
