the review and, together with the client, co-developed a
reporting checklist specific to the needs of the client and
populated an executive summary detailing issues that needed
to be raised with the end-client prior to completing the

Exigent's commercial team has extensive
experience in providing efficient and dedicated
support to in-house legal teams. The team
members' qualifications range from 1 to 10
years PQE and they are qualified in multiple
jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand,
England and Wales, the United States, South

foreign language capability includes French,
