on average, 7-10 years less than non-smokers.
It’s hard to give up smoking, so it’s
best if you don’t’ start in the first place.
Other people’s smoke is also bad for you, so
try to avoid places that are smoky.
6. We need to eat lot of fruit and vegetables
because they have lot of vitamine. People who
eat lot of fruit and vegetables are healthier.
The most vitamines have:saverkraut, lemon,
orange, meat…
7. People who eats not healthy food are fat,
often are sick and have a problem with
health.

carbonated drinks,…
