Our Mission
01
We are looking to provide underserved high school kids with the
personal and professional clarity needed to effectively kick start
their careers. We acknowledge that a fragile socioeconomic
status reduces one’s capacity to make mistakes and escalates
the difficulty of pursuing one’s goals. By optimizing our student’s
discovery process, we aim to strengthen their sense of self, and
the confidence that accompanies it.
Program Overview
➔ 22-week mentorship program partnered with Chicago Public Schools
➔ 2 hours meetings each week with our team
➔ Extremely hands-on
➔ Project-based
➔ Assignments to do outside of our sessions
➔ Access to executive coaching staff and licensed therapist
➔ Connections to top scholarship organizations
➔ Networking opportunities
Target Students
We are looking for underserved students that lack the resources and access to pursue
their goals to the extent they want to. Our ideal student is:
★ Sophomore/Junior in High School
★ Optimistic
★ Independent
★ Academically interested in Business or Tech
★ A Leader
★ Collaborative
★ Proactive
★ Perceptive
Why We’re Different
➔ As a fully student-led program, we are able to foster more personal connections
➔ We dedicate a unique amount of time to routines, habits, loving and understanding one’s self and intrinsic
clarity
➔ We understand the everyday problems that each kid might be facing
➔ We know how to leverage your time and take advantage of certain
opportunities that are available
➔ We are connecting our students with real tech and
business professionals, as well as scholarship and
mentorship organizations, providing them with guidance
long after our program
