5. Our Screening Process
Our standard screening process includes:
» Phone screen/telephone interview
» Onsite interview
» Skills testing
» Minimum of 2 technical references from recent past supervisors
Additional services can be conducted upon request:
» Verification of degrees and certifications
» Drug testing
» Criminal background check
» Credit check
Performance Guarantee:
We provide guarantees on all of our contractors and direct-hire placements. If for
any reason our contractor or direct hire placement does not work out and/or meet
your expectations within the guaranteed timeframe, we will not bill for our
services.
