3. MOBILITY COUNSELLING SEMINARS
IN COOPERATION WITH EUROPASS CENTER
• Target group: Guidance practitioners working in education, training
and employment areas and secondary school students
The Aims of the seminars:
• for guidance counsellors
– raise awareness about counseling for mobility reasons, (ex.
special tools, techniques, questionnaires, mobility networks,
European Programmes, etc.)
– transfer knowledge from European experts from Euroguidance
network or others that have been working on this specific area
and gained valuable experience.
• for students
– to face the opportunities within mobility
– listen to people’s stories and be aware on how one should get
prepared and what he/she should have in mind for a mobility
experience.
4. MOBILITY COUNSELLING SEMINARS

7. MOBILITY HANDBOOK FOR GUIDANCE PRACTITIONERS
The aim of the handbook :
• Το enrich counselor's knowledge on mobility issues.
• To support them during the counseling procedure by providing to them
tools and relevant material.
The structure of the booklet:
Α. Introduction to the meaning and the different aspects of mobility as a
EU priority and the role of Guidance Counceling
B. Theoretical part: Μain theoretical principles and a suggested model for
mobility counseling.
C. Practical part:
1. A self – evaluation questionnaire for the councelors to “measure” their
abilities in different aspects of mobility counceling
2. A package of tools and activities on mobility issues
3. A list of links, networks and programs that support Mobility.
4. A DVD 10 mobility stories
