Description:
• Patent-Pending* 100% waterproof core with out containing wood
fibers.
• Comprising a tongue and groove configuration and a mechanical
locking system for planks and tiles and 90° edges for sheets.
• Planks, tiles, panels and sheets flexible or ridged core.
• Décor layer, 0.02 to 8 mm in thickness comprising: virgin PVC, vinyl,
cork, wood veneer, porcelain, bamboo, HDP.
• Wear layer, Polyurethane with Micro ceramic and Aluminum oxide
• Integrated PVC, cork or rubber Underlayment
Core construction:
• Extruded core
• Recycled glass, silica in pre-glass stage, virgin or recycled PVC
• Bonding agents and colorants
• 3 to 12mm core thickness
(GPC) Core advantages over (WPC)
• Recycled glass and silica in pre-glass stage do not emit VOC’S.
• The glass and silica properties require that less amounts of binder and
bonding agents.
• Recycled glass, glass and silica in pre-glass stage are inexpensive core
materials and widely available.
• Unlike WPC recycled glass, glass and silica in pre glass stage do not
contain moisture
• Resulting; in less VOC emissions more LEED certification points,
inexpensive core materials, no wood fibers and therefore no moisture
within the core.
