1. ESPIRITU SANTO SCHOOL NEWSLETTER
Summer issue
EASTER
In order to celebrate Easter time in the
school we did our best decorating giant
Easter Eggs that made our corridors even
more colourful and full of happiness.
Moreover our assistant Emily has showed us
how Easter is celebrated in the USA and we
did beautiful Easter Cards for our families.
But what really surprised us was the little
theatre play that 6th graders performed for
us the week before holidays. They told us
different traditions and costumes of different
english speaking countries like USA, Great
Britain, Ireland or Australia like the Morris
dance or the typical food. There was a girl
in an Easter Bunny costume! It was fun!
Estados Unidos e hicimos unas preciosas
felicitaciones de Pascua para nuestras
familias.
Pero lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue la
pequeña representación teatral de nuestros
compañeros de 6º curso la semana antes de
vacaciones. Nos contaron las diferentes
tradiciones y costumbres de los diferentes
países de habla inglesa, Estados Unidos,
Gran Bretaña, Irlanda y Australia como el
baila Morris o la comida típica. ¡Hasta había
una chica disfrazada de conejo de Pascua!.
¡Fue muy divertido!
