WHAT ABOUT US?
Red Corner is a full service with lifestyle based professional event
planning company located at Quirino Dist. in the municipality of Talugtug in
Nueva Ecija. Red Corner offers events planning that specializes in corporate
events, dinner galas, fundraising, long services, brand opening, conferences
and private events.
The company is running for almost 2010 years now. It was owned by
college friends who graduated at Central Luzon State University. The
company name was after a corner called, “Red Corner” wherein many
students often hangout. It was in this place that the college friends first met
and in this place also, they build their dreams to become an Event Manager.
The company already succeeded in big events such as Acquaintance
Party of CLSU-CBAA students, Graduation Ball, Retreat and Recreational of
the Faculty and Staff of Holy Angel University of Pampanga, Debut of many
known personalities, one of them is Julia Montes who celebrated her decade
and an eight last 2013.
Aside from the history of its name, “red" also connotes “love.” We, as
respective event organizing company, we offered the best events that our
clients will surely cherish forever because we show love and care to our
clients for Red Corner serve the best memories you deserved.

CONTRACT TO CLIENT
This is a contract entered into by Red Events Corner, an event
organizing company and located at 143 Bldg Heart St. Quirino District,
Talugtug, Nueva Ecija and Mr. Ezekiele Torrealba, the client, owner of
Torrealba Writing Company, located at Magsaysay, Talugtug Nueva Ecija
on this date November 5, 2020.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
WHEREAS, the client, Mr. Ezekiele Torrealba shall engage the Red Corner
Events as the Event organizer, an independent contractor, and not as an
employee, to perform certain service on your annual Personnel and Staff–
Team Building.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the Red Corner Events and the client, Mr.
Torrealba.
AGREEMENTS
The Scope and Manner of Services
A. The Red Corner Events agrees to provide Mr. Ezekiele Torrealba, the
client, owner of Torrealba Writing Company. Red Corner Events agrees
to give service to the annual Personnel and Staff – Team Building on
March 6, 2021.
B. The authority of the Event Manager to use the scope and manner of
services commences upon the effective date of this Agreement and
terminates upon the expiration of the term of this Agreement or upon
termination of this Agreement, whichever shall occur first.
C. The Event Manager shall not sublicense, transfer or assign the use of
the scope and manner of services to any person or entity, including
sponsors and/or vendors, without the prior written consent of the
client.
Payment for Services Rendered
A. The Red Corner Events Company is responsible for full-planning and
executing the events. This includes planning, making appropriate
reservation, organizing, handling on logistic and executing.
B. Mr. Torrealba, the client shall pay the Red Corner Events for services
rendered the total amount of 420,092.13. A non-refundable deposit of
50% or 210,046.06 will be made as an initial deposits on January
10, 2021 and due on the date that his contract goes into effect.
C. The remaining balance of 210,046.06 shall be due no later than (3)
days prior to the date of the event. If the balance is not received within
the period of time, an interest of 20% or 42,009.21 of the remaining
balance shall be charged for every week the balance is past due.

Changes, Charges, and Cancellation
A. If there is a change on the date of the event, we will make the best
effort possible to accommodate the new date. The client makes sure to
notify the event company 20 days before the event. The clients
understand that the last minute changes can affect the quality of the
event and these changes are not necessarily the fault of the event
company.
B. In the cancellation of the event, the client should notify the event
company no later than 40 days prior to the planned date. Should the
event cancelled after that deadline, we may collect 70% of the total
amount.
Applicable Law
The contract shall be governed by the laws of the country. Failure to
comply with the agreements mentioned above shall cause the client to
charge another 10% of total amount.
In witness of the agreement to the terms above, the parties or the
authorized agents hereby affix their signatures.

CONTRACT TO SUPPLIER
This contract is made and entered into on 3rd day of December 2020.
Jenny Ganut Catillano, The Event Manager of Red Corner Events and Mr.
Joseph B. Cruz, the owner of JBC Printing Company.
WHEREAS the Red Corner Events will have to serve a certain company for
their Team Building will be held on March 6, 2020 at Armando’s Garden
Resort and Villas, Cuyapo Nueva Ecija.
AND WHEREAS Red Corner Events, the purchaser is willing to purchase
Customized shirts, Customized tumblers, Mini-Bible and Rosary,
Customized Travel Pillows for the purposes mentioned above.
And whereas THE SUPPLIER expresses their desire to enter into an
agreement with THE PURCHASER for the job.
NOW THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT WITNESS THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Agreement shall come into force immediately and shall remain
valid until the final completion of the job or cancelled by the purchaser.
2. That the materials more specifically described shall be supplied by the
supplier on February 7, 2021 at the company address at 143 Bldg. Heart St.
Quirino District, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija
3. That the purchaser reserves the right to change their specified delivery
site for any reasonable ground or grounds and THE supplier shall be
responsible to deliver the materials at the new site. The transportation cost
for delivery at the new site will be decided by both the parties.
4. That the quality and quantity of the materials shall be as per specification
given by the purchaser as well as samples submitted by the supplier and
approved by the purchaser.
5. That the delivery of the materials shall be made by the supplier at their
own cost, management and responsibility.
6. That the supplier shall be fully responsible for delivery of the materials in
good condition at the specified site of the purchase.

7. That the purchaser's representative(s) shall inspect the goods at at 143
Bldg. Heart St. Quirino District, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija and reserves the
right to reject any goods if the representative(s) considers those to be inferior
quality to the approved samples.
8. That the goods rejected by the representative(s) of the purchaser shall be
replaced by the supplier and the supplier shall bear all risks/costs of the
materials rejected by the purchaser.
9. That the transportation of the goods shall be made by the supplier on the
same day as the quality control check by the representative(s) of the
purchaser. Representative (s) of the purchaser will accompany the goods
from the quality control check to the site of delivery. Any goods which are
not accompany by the representative(s) of the purchaser will not be
accepted.
10. That the purchaser reserves the right to change the quantity of items if
they feel necessary during the validity of this agreement.
11. That the supplier shall not without the consent in writing of the
purchaser assign or sub-let the contract or any part thereof, or make any
agreement with any person/company for the execution of any portion of the
supply. In this regard consent by the purchaser will not relieve the supplier
from full and entire responsibility for this agreement.
12. That the supplier shall indemnify the purchaser in respect of all claims,
damages, compensation or expenses payable in consequence of any injury
or accident.
13. That the custom duty, VAT or other Taxes and cost of transportation, or
any other incidental charges, if required in connection of the delivery of
goods shall be borne by the supplier.
14. That the payment shall be made by the purchaser at the company office
along with delivery dockets confirming receipt of goods by the purchaser's
representative(s) at site.
15. That the purchaser may allow part payment for running bill on the
request in writing of the supplier.
16. That if the supplier shall in any manner neglect or fail to carry on the
work or performance of the terms of the Agreement with due diligence or
violates any of the terms of this Agreement the purchaser shall be entitled to
cancel the supplier fails Agreement and demand damages.

17. That if to deliver the materials as per agreed Schedule, penalty will be
imposed by the purchaser at the rate of (1%) of total contract value for each
day of delay.
18. That if any dispute arises in connection with or under this Agreement
between the Parties hereto, the matter shall be referred to the Country
Director or designate and the decision of the Country Director shall be final,
conclusive and binding upon both the parties.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS WHEREAS, the client, Mr. Ezekiele Torrealba shall engage the Red Corner Events as the Event organizer, an independent contractor, and not as an employee, to perform certain service on your annual Personnel and Staff– Team Building. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Red Corner Events and the client, Mr. Torrealba. AGREEMENTS The Scope and Manner of Services A. The Red Corner Events agrees to provide Mr. Ezekiele Torrealba, the client, owner of Torrealba Writing Company. Red Corner Events agrees to give service to the annual Personnel and Staff – Team Building on March 6, 2021. B. The authority of the Event Manager to use the scope and manner of services commences upon the effective date of this Agreement and terminates upon the expiration of the term of this Agreement or upon termination of this Agreement, whichever shall occur first. C. The Event Manager shall not sublicense, transfer or assign the use of the scope and manner of services to any person or entity, including sponsors and/or vendors, without the prior written consent of the client. Payment for Services Rendered A. The Red Corner Events Company is responsible for full-planning and executing the events. This includes planning, making appropriate reservation, organizing, handling on logistic and executing. B. Mr. Torrealba, the client shall pay the Red Corner Events for services rendered the total amount of 420,092.13. A non-refundable deposit of 50% or 210,046.06 will be made as an initial deposits on January 10, 2021 and due on the date that his contract goes into effect. C. The remaining balance of 210,046.06 shall be due no later than (3) days prior to the date of the event. If the balance is not received within the period of time, an interest of 20% or 42,009.21 of the remaining balance shall be charged for every week the balance is past due.

If there is a change on the date of the event, we will make the best effort possible to accommodate the new date. The client makes sure to notify the event company 20 days before the event. The clients understand that the last minute changes can affect the quality of the event and these changes are not necessarily the fault of the event company. B. In the cancellation of the event, the client should notify the event company no later than 40 days prior to the planned date. Should the event cancelled after that deadline, we may collect 70% of the total amount. Applicable Law The contract shall be governed by the laws of the country. Failure to comply with the agreements mentioned above shall cause the client to charge another 10% of total amount. That the transportation of the goods shall be made by the supplier on the same day as the quality control check by the representative(s) of the purchaser. Representative (s) of the purchaser will accompany the goods from the quality control check to the site of delivery. Any goods which are not accompany by the representative(s) of the purchaser will not be accepted. 10. That the purchaser reserves the right to change the quantity of items if they feel necessary during the validity of this agreement. 11. That the supplier shall not without the consent in writing of the purchaser assign or sub-let the contract or any part thereof, or make any agreement with any person/company for the execution of any portion of the supply. In this regard consent by the purchaser will not relieve the supplier from full and entire responsibility for this agreement. 12. That the supplier shall indemnify the purchaser in respect of all claims, damages, compensation or expenses payable in consequence of any injury or accident. 13. That the custom duty, VAT or other Taxes and cost of transportation, or any other incidental charges, if required in connection of the delivery of goods shall be borne by the supplier. 14. That the payment shall be made by the purchaser at the company office along with delivery dockets confirming receipt of goods by the purchaser's representative(s) at site. 15. That the purchaser may allow part payment for running bill on the request in writing of the supplier. 16. That if the supplier shall in any manner neglect or fail to carry on the work or performance of the terms of the Agreement with due diligence or violates any of the terms of this Agreement the purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the supplier fails Agreement and demand damages.
