As a freelance designer I manage my own clients and projects. Being a sociable person has allowed me to
develop connections through schooling, work and other aspects of life giving me the opportunity to develop
a client base in the Ottawa area. I’ve maintained a positive image by utilizing time-management, organization,
and design skills and principles to ensure clients receive their work in a timely and efficient manor, while
remaining top quality.
ByWard Market BIA - Marketing Assistant Intern
Through school we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to complete an internship. As a marketing
assistant for the ByWard Market BIA I was responsible for assisting the Marketing Coordinator. This involved
updating the website, creating ads and mock ups, communicating with clients and getting things together for
meetings and events.

As a key holder I am responsible for opening, and closing the store, managing all staff and tasking throughout
the day, and coaching the sales floor. Multi-tasking and time management play an important part in this
position in order to keep track of sales associates, maintain good sales, and complete daily paperwork.
