CAREER SUMMARY
I currently have over fifteen years of professional office procedure and I am proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. I can
effectively run a front office with little or no supervision. I am efficient with data management as well as other functions.
I can adhere to the company's guidelines when creating documents, spreadsheets, invoices and reports for conferences
and departmental meetings. I am people oriented and always willing to be trained and cross trained, if necessary to
further the company's mission. I provide excellent internal and external customer service. I have strong inter-personal,

have been certified previously for HIPPA standards and regulations. I am currently Member of Phi Theta Kappa

• Conduct intake for clients in need of assistance.
