industry policy and procedure from 16 years with Cartus in Operations, Account Management, and Broker Services. Technical
knowledge of Cartus processes & systems.
 Metrics Management – adept at translating monthly/quarterly/annual performance results into agent accountability, and
strategizing for solutions to drive performance improvement, thereby enhancing the bottom line for all involved.
 Ability to approach and analyze issues from a supply chain or company management perspective, as well as from an
operations perspective.
 Establish clear plans to achieve long-term organizational objectives via planning & organization, flexibility to change course
in order to get optimum results, and interdepartmental effectiveness – skilled at bringing resources and individual talents
