The sdg number 8 stands for:
- decent work and economic growth.
that means that:
- everyone should help everyone to achieve success in
economic growth.
3. Why is goal 8 important to achieve? What's the purpose and
benefit of reaching goal X for the world/humankind?
It is important because:
- many people on this planet have to work in very poorly working conditions only to
be able to survive for another day.
- There are many children in the world that have to work up to 12 hours a day to be
able to help there families.
The goal is:
- to help people who work in these conditions.
- so that they can have a better life and a better chance in the world.
- This could also help our planet and our economy.

measurement do you gauge goal X in?
- A full 700 million people are living:
in extreme or moderate poverty despite having employment.
-Among the issues highlighted:
is the lack of progress in closing the gender gap in labour force
participation.
- Only 48 per cent of women are in the labour force, compared to
75 per cent of men.

-Do not support companies that offer bad conditions

9. Do you think we/people do their best?
- No! People usually only pay attention to money.
- Things are ordered where it is cheapest. The 2022 World Cup will also take
place in Qatar.
- All this because a lot of money then goes to Gianni Infantino (Fifa President)
and Fifa.
- Due to the World Cup, many stadiums are built and the workers are poorly paid,
have very poor conditions and virtually no rights.
- The problem is that few people care about human rights. Money rules the
