 Make daily site plan for Field engineers to conduct SSV’s.

 Diagnose RF related problems such as call failures, HO failures, bad quality, poor
coverage, hardware faults, missing neighbors
 Coordinating the drive test team for the drive test of new sites & important

 Coordinating with the field teams and provide the technical support to field
engineer’s to resolve the issues at the spot.
 Identifying the PCI verification, Successful & unsuccessful Handovers with
neighbors sites.

Handover from LTE to 2G.
 Regular customer interaction for the approval of sites
 Responsible for overcoming interference and improving throughputs DL/UL.
 Responsible for making cluster reports after post processing (CST/CSFB

 Duties and responsibilities:
 Analysis of Drive test log files and troubleshooting of the problems related to
coverage, quality, drop calls, Blocked calls. Handover failure, overshooting and
interference based on Events, Layer2/Layer3 message by using TEMs Data
Collection.
 Recommends Physical Redesign includes Electrical and mechanical tilts
modification, Azimuths modification, Antenna heights changes, antenna type etc.
 Analysis the log files for both pre and post optimization and send the
recommendation to improve call drop, quality patches and coverage.
 Responsible for customer complaints department and resolve the issues like weak
coverage and dropped calls by adjusting the cell parameters and recommend
redesign if necessary.
 Submit weekly and Monthly Drive test reports for both 2G and 3G.
 Drive tests logs reports have been prepared using Actix, Nemo Analyzer Mapinfo
and TEMS.
 Submit Reports for 2G & 3G CS/PS Benchmark Drive Testing.
 Direct coordination with NOC team for adding missing neighbors, removing
frequency clashes and other activities needed during Drive Test
 Trouble-shooting drive test to rectifier the issues like cross-feeders, partial swap,
interference, call muting, quality issue, over-shooting, handover issues, coverage

 Responsible for Updating Regional Database which include information on cell
level for Both 2G/3G like (BSIC,BCCH, MAIO, Physical Audit, LAC, Configuration,
