Management
Effective meetings are a key element of any energy management system
Enerit ISO 50001 software Meeting module can be used by managers,
members of the energy team and all users of the Enerit software.
It ensures that you are always up to date on what is happening, what
actions need to be carried out and how effective the actions have been
implemented.
It functions as an indicator of your organization’s compliance with
regulatory and energy standard requirements (such as, Management
Review).
How can you ensure that records are kept, and that recommendations are
fully closed out?

workflow allows the energy team:
Create, plan and schedule Meetings
Invite and FYI the energy team along
with details of the meeting schedule,
time and location.
Record Meeting minutes and generate
actions.

The Enerit ISO 50001 Software “Meeting“ form
allows you to
schedule energy management meetings, both
Management System and Technical
automatically create and track actions from
the meeting.
Data Entry:(The next slide has an example of a complete scheduled meeting)
Meeting:
• Title: Enter the title or description of the Meeting. This field is mandatory.
• Location/Building: Select Location from the list of pre-defined locations.
The list of locations is configured in the Administration section. This field is
mandatory.
• Category: Select category from list of pre-defined categories (e.g. Internal,
Certification Body), This list is configured in the Administration section.
• Chairperson : Click on the “Select Chairperson” button and select the
name of their name from the list.
• Date & Time (Start & End): Click to Select the start date and time and
end time for the meeting.
• Invitees: Click on the address book icon and select the names of the
people to be invited to the meeting.
• FYI: Click on the address book icon and select the names of the people to
be informed about the meeting.
Agenda:
• Agenda: Enter details of the agenda of the meeting. You can copy and
paste agenda items into this box.
To be filled in at or after the meeting:
Attendees & Minutes:
• Attendees: Click on the address book icon and select the names of the
people who attended the meeting.
• Meeting Minutes: Enter details of the meeting minutes. You can copy and
paste the minutes into this box. (also the attachment feature can be used)
• Submit (button): Click on this button when you have completed preparing
this audit and ready to schedule for the dates selected.
NOTE: You can save and close a meeting while you are preparing it without
submitting. The Meeting status will remain as draft and will appear under your
“My Tasks” section of the Enerit ISO 50001 Software portal.

the Meeting details and
actions, click on this
“Submit” button. This
will close and finalise
the meeting details.
