perform general office work to assist the Chairman and the Departments in the day-to-day smooth running of the office
- Preparing proposals, report, data and research, schedule chairman Agenda
- Scheduling appointments, processing mail, and to take messages
- Greets visitors and route the telephone calls to the respective staff
- File and retrieves records and correspondence. Keeps sensitive material in confidence when requested
- Report immediately to the chairman of any incidents/irregularities arises that could affect the operation
