1. GET BACK TO YOUR
BEST HUMANITY
The world around us is changing faster, and becoming a
little unpredictable, or maybe we are just more aware of
the changes. Whatever the case, there’s a growing need
for internal calm and sense of urgency. Calm in our
personal lives, focus on our key priorities, efficiency with
our resources, maintenance of mental health, time for
loved ones, time to update our skills, time to be
generous, ways to simplify, connecting with our
communities, etc
2. KNOW YOUR VISION &
DESTINY
You have not truly experienced entrepreneurship until
you are faced with life and death situations. And if you
are spending many hours working on your dreams, in
this competitive atmosphere, you need a big why and an
ultimate vision. You typically want to clearly define your
desired outcome and focus relentlessly on achieving it.
Research and Learn from others how to come up with a
vision for your life. One thing that helps me develop a
grand vision is to understand the past, present, and

figure out the possibilities of the future and write down
the specific detail.
3. THINK & ACT FAST
In some situation speed can be very advantageous. A
cheetah can run fast and a turtle can run very very very
slow but it has a hard-shell advantage. So what I’m
basically saying is you need to know when to be a
cheetah and when to be a turtle. The game of
entrepreneurship expects you to Identifying
opportunities and promptly seize it. It forces you to
proactively Identify threats and put in place
preventative measures so it doesn’t kill you.
4. ALWAYS BE
PRACTICING, TESTING, &
EXECUTING
Almost every professional sports team makes every
player attend practice. I was recently watching a
documentary about the behind scene of the New
England Patriots football organization. And in it, I saw
how every individual took their responsibility very
seriously and never took their jobs for granted. They

loved winning so much that they never got complacent
or allowed anyone in the organization to get complacent.
Everyone kept pursuing perfection and never settled for
average. Being number one is not a random miracle, it
takes a lot of practice.
5. KEEP CONNECTING &
STAYING CONNECTED
If we individually could achieve greatness by ourselves
with a couple of homogeneous friends then many of us
will be achieving modestly. We all need new
perspectives to grow personally and professionally. We
need new experiences. We need to challenge ourselves.
We need to meet new people. We need relationships.
We need partners, We need fans. We need communities.
Basically, never being open to different people or
different views, is like locking oneself in the house
forever.

6. GIVE ALL LEVELS A
STAKE
There’s a lot of news and reports about the growing
inequality in our modern world. In my view,
organizations are likely to get the best from their people
if people know they have an equity stack in their
organization. A good base pay is awesome but knowing
all your people’s hard work and sacrifices could
eventually payoff through stock buyout or ipo is great
ways to get more from workers. So if you have 200,000
employees everyone knows their best interest is in the
best interest of the company. If people have no invested
interest in an organization there no major reason to put
in extra hours to meet a clients needs. Employee who
have a stake will make sure customers are very satisfied.
7. UNDERSTANDING
EVERY ASPECT OF THE
PAIN & SOLUTION
Who the f#&% wants to engage a car mechanic who’s
just in their beginner level? Consumers want service
providers or product developers to truly understand the
pain better then themselves. What I’m saying is that ,it

really helps if you know almost everything about your
customers pain, their possible future pain, the solutions
available, the challenges and then work on being the
ultimate go to guy to assist them. And also, once you
understand the pain, figure out how you’ll convey the
solution in a way the target will grasp it.
8. NOT WAITING FOR
SUCCESS
LeBron James doesn’t wake up and say “I’m King James.
I don’t need to try to win games. All I need to do is show
up.” I doubt he takes his success for granted. He’s
likely proactively getting advice from trusted people,
applying a new skill, etc. So what I’m saying is if you
want success then adopt success habits. The great
organizations and the elite employees around the world
are not waiting for you to catch up to them. They are
winning, and winning the next thing until they are
displaced. Amazon keeps raising the bar as if every
single day they have something to prove.

9. MAKE IRRISTISTABLE
OFFERS
Make them an offer they can not refuse. If you are going
to build a positive venture or promote something
wonderful, why do it in a way that doesn’t get your
target to bite? We are all surrounded by offers from
many providers. We have more messaging apps than we
have people on this planet. At least it feels like it. With
all the noise, extra effort needs to be made to at least
learn what will really peek your targets interest. What
benefits or features are really addressing their pain? Try
different CTA. Try different font sizes? Get feedback
from prospects.
10. SHOW YOU CAN
SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS
There is a tiny few percentage of the population willing
to be the first to try something so it becomes imperative
to understand what it is you are solving for and
demonstrate that it works. Maybe before you make it
massively available, find a few early adopters to try it
and help you improve it. Most people are not going to

organizations forget that they are still dealing with
humans. Human purchasing decision,decision journeys,
emotion,education, weather, and frequency can vary in
many ways. So figure out ways to strengthen your
relationships.

14. EVERYONE IS UNITED
IN PROSPECTING AND
NURTURING IN SOME

An organization’s internal staff are in some way
knowledgeable enough to recognize an ideal prospect. If
you have employees dedicated to your purpose and
your objectives, you might be able to demonstrate to
them what you are looking for in terms of clients, team
members, suppliers,etc. Everyone should be on the
same page in terms of handling prospects
properly,distributing the right content, and adopting the
right processes. Everyone knows the standard behaviors
in social media communities and collaborations with
partners.

Pretty much almost all audiences need to experience
something that fills them up emotionally / spiritually.

Think about it, you can go to any local bar to grab a beer
but chances are you and your buddies go to a specific
bar in a specific neighborhood. So I guess one as to learn
what you give your customers in terms of: emotion.

The reality is that having all the money and power in the

philanthropy. Bill Gates is admired around the world for
his fight to end extreme poverty. Most people have
forgotten how ruthless those two were in business. So
what I’m saying is humans are always hungry to realize
their greatest potential and live a fulfilling life. And
without a sense of significance most of us will think
we’ve wasted our time.

17. SUCCESS DOESN’T
HAPPEN OVER NIGHT
If you can’t choose the passion you wish to master, then
you will likely be another nail in a box of rusted nail.
There are many people or organizations in our world
that we look up to as if they were gods on earth. Serene
Williams wins in tennis because she keeps working on
her game. She takes care of her body, mind, life, and
skills so she can consistently perform at her very best.
Apple keeps been an inspiration to many businesses.
And if you are building your startup be very devoted and
discipline to the right opportunities so you can deliver
extraordinary results.

NOT JUST YOUR WORDS
You can spend all the time thinking up an idea, analyzing
every inch, reading every book on the subject but
sooner-or-later you’ve got to take action. The actions

Our world is always changing. We are now faced with
more people openly declaring they are transgender and

leaders who have the courage to do the right thing from
a human right approach. There’s a growing demand to
be associated with organizations that ensure that
appropriate ethical behaviors and actions are upheld
always.
22. LIVE IN REAL TIME
Sometimes it’s best to just live in the moment instead of
anticipating the future or rehashing the past. I have
heard stories of organizations who are allowing their
customer service representative, within reason, to talk
casually further with customers even when the callers
needs are met. Basically letting your organization and
team’s humanity shine and not just your need to make
money.

23. BE FRIENDS WITH
INFLUENCERS
For any startup or founder to grow, he/she needs the
help of influencers. There was a time when simply
blasting your ads on every medium was the way to get
business. But in this consumer empowered world, you
need to work with people that consumers trust and
respect.
24. SHOW THEM THE
PROOF
Seeing is believing? In some cases that’s true. Every
prospects is doing their home work on your business
before they engage. Why not provide proof of how your
solution(s) solved a problem. Provide stories or similar
case. Provide any creditable evidence that you are the
one to handle their problem.

25. MINIMIZE BARRIERS
Sometimes barriers make obtaining goals more fun and
exhilarating. However in some circumstances barriers
are not fun. Imagine going to McDonalds to buy a Jr.
Chicken and having to wait for the kitchen staff to
slaughter a chicken and then deep fry it and then serve
it. Everyone in life would always like certain steps be
removed from any process so they can meet desires
faster and often. The person who can keep making
things simpler and faster will always win, for some
circumstances and consumers.
26. PLEASURE IS
ADDICTIVE
Do you like sweets or cookies? Sure you do. You know
how it feels when consuming something sweet, it feels
awesome till your stomach starts to grumble. Yet all that
time in the washroom will not necessarily stop most of
us from consuming sugary treats. The same can be said
about smoking, drinking, or sex. When experiences are
rewarding, interesting, satisfying, exciting, we usually
want more of it.

27. CHANGE THEIR
BEHAVIORS
The human nature doesn’t just exist from the day we
evolved from monkeys. It happened because of
changing environment, values, norms, and behaviors. It
happened with continues modification in behaviors and
cultures and norms. And the fact remains that behaviors
that often repeated,over and over again, are likely to
turn into habits. And if your product or services can be a
associated with an habit you are likely going to do well
financially.
28. DON’T TAKE ON TOO
MANY HATS
No one can be great in every area in business. You can
multitask, solve problems, be hands-on, at some point
you need to just delegate it. So you can focus on other
priorities. It also helps in keeping sharp, aware, healthy,
and focus. Too many balls in the air is just not
productive for any one person. It is highly recommended
by successful entrepreneurs to share the load.

29. NEVER STOP
FOLLOWING UP
You don't get the business if you give-up in first three
attempts. There's a point you might have to walk away
because of numerous reasons but don't let it be for silly
reasons. Stay in touch with clients, employees, past
clients, prospects, recent contacts, etc. Follow-through
on objectives you've committed to. All your active /
passive following up, will eventually help you increase
ROI, loyalty, frequency, trust, credibility, etc. in your
business.
30. ALWAYS BE
INVESTING IN YOURSELF
You are a dead man or woman the day you stop growing.
Everything around you is constantly changing therefore
you need to keep up with current affairs. Read business
books, magazines, reports, journals, ebooks, websites,
blogs, audio, television, articles, associations, clubs,
networking, seek opposing views,etc to help you to keep
succeeding. Invest in your appearance, skills, confidence,
attitude, managerial abilities, emotional intelligence, etc

31. DON'T SHY AWAY
FROM ATTENTION
The fact remains, you can't grow your business if you
are desperately trying to hide under a rock. We all need
people to pay attention to us and what we are doing so
that we can attract more resources. But the thing is
grabbing the right attention that helps you reach your
goals is better. You can grab attention from the media
but if your infrastructure is not properly developed and
tested you could lose the media boost. I would think not
chasing attention like every other
wannabe-entrepreneur would be beneficial. Build a
significant value proposition that meets a need or
people desire and if it’s the best shit then blow your
horn.
32. ORGANIZED
ENVIRONMENT IS AN
ORGANIZED MIND
Being organized is very helpful in a fast paced world. It
will end up saving you time and money in the long run.
