Establish a brand personality.
• Social media is all about sharing who you are, so
decide what elements of your personality will stand
out and own those personality traits.

9. Strategy #2:
Create a hub for your
personality.
• Start a website; use a blogging software to make it
easy (Wordpress, Blogger, Typepad, Tumblr).
• Buy a custom URL, preferably your name if it is
available.
• Post your resume.
• Use multimedia: photos, videos, audio, text.
Consider a video resume.
• Update frequently with information people want.
• Link out to your other social media networks/
profiles.
