84. Kiln Car
The firebrick, fired rock wool and red bricks are laid at the cast iron kiln car. The firebricks
ensure the kiln car separate from the high temperature and fired rock wool ensures the
tightness of fire bricks.
Cast iron kiln cartwheel
The kiln car is weld by the joist steel of
140mm*80mm, there is equipped with
first-class cast steel idler
wheel under the car.
Tunnel advantages:
Tunnel kiln has following features: high output, low fuel consumption, high degree

85. Drying system
●Drying system is used for drying the wet bricks through drying chamber and drying cart, which makes preparation for firing
bricks.
●According to the different structures, the drying chamber can be divided into single-layer dryer, small section dryer and big
section dryer.
Drying chamber
The heat source of drying chamber is from firing kiln, the heat source will be sent into drying chamber through the pipeline
by heating fan, the moisture produced in drying process will be discharged by moist-releasing fan.
Singe-layer Drying
Single-layer drying is a drying system through on-off rack equipment to stack
the wet bricks on the single pallet; it can better dry the products of high
moisture content materials and high hollow rate, such as fly ash and clay
materials with high moisture content. The heat source is after-heat from firing
kiln and it can dry the bricks with the cooperation of moist-releasing fan.
86. Small Section Dryer
Small section drying chamber applies to
the production line with yearly capacity
lower than 30 million, it is suitable for
materials of clay, coal gangue and shale
with manual stacking method, low
investment and high adaptability.
The heat source is after-heat, which will
be sent into bottom of drying chamber by
heating fan and for drying the bricks with
the cooperation of moist-releasing fan.

chamber
Big Section Drying Chamber
Big section drying chamber is the kiln body with same size of drying
chamber, it is suitable for hard materials of low moisture content, such as
clay, shale and coal gangue, it is a drying method for stacking the wet
bricks directly on the kiln cart of one-step stacking-firing process, it
is suitable for the production line with yearly capacity lower than 30
million.

89. Operating Equipment

91. Moisture releasing Fan
Moisture-releasing fan is divided into main moisture-releasing
fan and subsidiary moisture-releasing fan Main moisture-
releasing fan is the major moisture-releasing fan of drying
chamber and subsidiary moisture-releasing fan is the
subsidiary fan for host main moisture-releasing fan. Moisture-
releasing fan is installed at the roof of drying chamber; it is
used for discharging the moisture and dampness in the drying
chamber to ensure the drying quality.
Combustion Fan
Installed at the firing zone of tunnel kiln and supplies enough
oxygen for firing.
92. Smoke-releasing Fan
Smoke-releasing fan is installed at the above of firing zone in
the kiln for discharging the smoke in the firing zone.
Cooling Fan
According to the different functions, the cooling fan can
be divided into cooling fan at kiln door and cooling fan
under the car. Cooling fan at kiln door is installed at the car
outlet end for rapid cooling the fired bricks, and the blown air
will ensure the air pressure balance of kiln body. Cooling fan
under the car is installed under the car for cooling kiln car and
preventing the kiln car from being burned out with high
temperature.
93. Hydraulic Ferry Car
The car used for ferrying the kiln car and
for making the kiln car runs freely in the
ferry line.
Dragger
The machine is used at the outlet end of big
section drying chamber and tunnel kiln, it can
pull the dried and fired car from the drying
chamber or tunnel kiln to the ferry car.
94. Hydraulic Stepper
Hydraulic Pusher
Hydraulic pusher is used at the drying chamber
and firing kiln, it will push the kiln car into drying
chamber or tunnel kiln for drying or firing.
Hydraulic stepper is used at the stacking
process; it pushes the kiln car to cooperate
with the stacker works or manual stacking.
