2. Responsibility Technical Clerk Lead-man & CADD Group Leader:
During the assignment of the CADD Group Leader on the Clean Fuels Project (CFP) from
2015 until 2015, I was handling his duties per the listed below tasks beside my original
assigned duties doing the following;
• Apply and adhere to safety rules and procedures in all activities and assignments
that my team members and I are handling to maintain 0.0 as per SAMREF KPI
Safety index at all times.
• Register and attend Working Safety Training.
• Handling Management of Change (MOC) and Drafting Office Work Requests
(DOWR) data base, logging, Filing, reporting and documentations that includes.
• Maintain MOC logging and filing.
• Publish on Share point the monthly status report.
• Uploaded forms & procedure to Share Point and made them clearly available for
end – users.
• Transferring closed MOC & Final Closed Projects (FCP) documents to electronic
format with a proper filling system.
• Develop a list to record the assigned tasks to designers and monitor the progress
as per the estimated time completion.
• Manage the scanning of library documents and update/coordinate with
Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) projects coordinator on the
progress.
• Distribute the approved DOWR on the designers and coordinate with concerned
projects Supervisor for setting the priority of the task.
• Handle and approve the closing letter for As Built.
• Handle and filling the received projects manuals and provide a reference
numbers as required.
