Sheila Buckley is Vice President for Medicare Markets and Commercial
Product Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
(BCBSMA) and has been with the company for 20 years. Her broad
perspective on health care comes from the experience she has gained
in various sectors of the industry including government, health care
consulting, hospital operations and physician group practice.
At BCBSMA, she is responsible for leading her organization in building
the infrastructure for continued success and market leadership in the
Medicare market, through initiatives in operations, compliance, trend
management, marketing, finance and product development. Sheila
also manages the Commercial Product Strategy for BCBSMA. She
oversees the on-going development of the merged market portfolio
and identifies and implements initiatives to refine and enhance

Sheila graduated from Georgetown University and received a Masters
of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School
of Public Health.

Deanna Fulp is Senior Director Account Reporting & Segment
Management in the Finance division at Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Massachusetts (BCBSMA). Deanna drives implementation of key
change initiatives, most recently execution of segmentation strategy
for the commercial insured middle and large market, as well as
overseeing management of financial account reporting in the
Underwriting department. Deanna has also led efforts to create
organizational approaches to generating, developing and processing
innovative ideas, helping BCBSMA act on its commitment to
innovation.
Deanna joined BCBSMA as the Director of Business Relations and
Supplier Diversity in 2003. In this capacity, she created the company’s
program to build business relationships with minority and women
entrepreneurs. In her subsequent role as Senior Director for External
Engagement in Corporate Relations, Deanna led two BCBSMA
business areas as part of a broad strategic initiative to improve the
quality, safety and affordability of care in Massachusetts.

Carolyn Noble is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA). She oversees
the Strategy Management Office and works closely with leaders
across the organization in developing strategic initiatives. She is also
responsible for aligning the strategy with the annual corporate
business plan and facilitating the strategic planning process and
tracking.
Carolyn joined BCBSMA from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG),
where she led engagements with health care payer and provider
clients as a consultant, project leader and principal. She also built out
the knowledge function for the firm’s US health care services practice.
Prior to BCG, Carolyn was a consultant with Charles River Associates in
the Competition practice, where she served health care clients on
economic litigation and regulatory issues. Carolyn earned her
undergraduate degree in economics and French from Georgetown
University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University.
Sarah Iselin

Sarah is responsible for the company’s strategic services including
internal business consulting, strategic and business planning. She also
leads the company’s corporate citizenship team.
From 2010-2012, Sarah was the president of the Blue Cross Blue
Shield of Massachusetts Foundation, one of largest private health
philanthropies in Massachusetts, focused on improving access to
health care and health coverage.
Sarah came to the Foundation after serving as the Commissioner of
the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy where
she managed and monitored critical phases of the implementation of
the state’s landmark 2006 health care reform law, including the
formation of the Health Safety Net, and the Fair Share, Free Rider, and
Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure requirements for
employers. She also co-chaired the Special Commission on the Health
Care Payment System which recommended a major overhaul in the
way physicians and hospitals are paid.

Jason Robart

Jason oversees Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts’ diversified
business group and is responsible for identifying, building and growing
non health insurance assets that support the company’s core
business, are aligned with the long-term corporate strategy and
position the company for continued success in today’s evolving health
care environment. To date, BCBSMA has made investments in a wide
range of companies, including urgent care centers, a claims
processing platform, a number of health IT start ups and several
consumer-focused organizations.
In addition to his diversification responsibilities, Jason serves as the
company’s chief human resources officer. Jason also has executive
responsibility for the company’s evolving diversified business growth
and execution strategies.
Jason was formerly an executive vice president for Health Dialog, an
international health care analytics company where he worked with
many of the largest Blues Plans in the country. While at Health Dialog,
Jason led all of the company’s market-facing activities and was
responsible for identifying, evaluating and managing strategic
business partnerships and acquisitions.

Leah O’Donnell is a Senior Director in the Diversified Business Group
at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the largest private health
plan in Massachusetts and one of the largest independent, not-for-profit
Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in the country.
Within the Diversified Business Group, Leah plays a key role in
business development focusing on opportunities in the consumer
engagement healthcare service space and has responsibility for the
integration function within the group. In addition, she works on a
variety of wellness focused and other company wide initiatives.
Prior to joining BCBSMA, Leah was the Senior Director, Sales
Operations for Health Dialog, a care management company located in
Boston, MA. In that role, Leah managed a team responsible for
competitive and market assessment, sales support and proposal
development.
Prior to Health Dialog, Leah was a Senior Consultant at Eduventures, a
consulting and market research firm focused on the education
market.

Linda M. Williams

Linda is a health insurance executive possessing over 19 years of
insurance industry knowledge. She joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of Massachusetts in 2008 as a Vice President and become the Chief
Underwriter and Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Contracts
Administration responsible for the development and execution of
account and market specific pricing strategies along with the
administration of contractual agreements. In 2011, she was appointed
the Segment Head of the Commercial 51+ Fully Insured Market
responsible for setting the strategic direction for growth and
performance of over 600,000 members and 3 billion in premium.
Linda provides overall leadership for Underwriting Management and
Contracts Administration. She is responsible for the developing
contractual agreements and executing account specific price
development while implementing and supporting health strategies for

Prior to joining General Catalyst, Rich was President of the Outcome
division of Quintiles, the largest provider of biopharmaceutical
development and commercial outsourcing services, and he also
served on its Executive Committee through its 2013 IPO. Prior to
Quintiles, Rich was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Outcome, a health
information and services company that served more than
2500 healthcare organizations and a majority of the global top 30
lifesciences companies. Rich led Outcome from its start as a spin-off
from his Harvard affiliated research laboratory in 1998 through its
acquisition by Quintiles in October 2011.
Dr. Gliklich is a chaired professor at Harvard Medical School. He
received his MD from Harvard Medical School and his undergraduate
degree from Yale University.

Paul joined The Band of Angels in 2006 and has served, since 2008, as
Chairman, or Co-Chair, of the Life Science Industry Group. In 1997
Paul co-founded Tenex Medical, Inc, an angel investment group with
a specific focus in life science. In 2001 Paul raised an early stage
venture fund, Tenex Greenhouse Ventures, and served as Managing
Partner until 2012. He is currently a professional board member and
serves as chairman of two companies and on the board of three other
private companies.
Paul is a co-founder and former Chairman of the Board of two former
NASDAQ listed companies, Corautus Genetics and Cardiac Science,
both of which were later acquired. He was also a co-founder,
President & CEO of GenStar Therapeutics, the top performing
biotech stock on the AMEX in 2000. From 1985 to 1995 Paul was a
General Partner of Technology Funding, a venture capital fund that
managed $300 million invested across a broad range of companies in
the information technology and life science industries. While at
Technology Funding Paul served for two years as Director of
Research, three years as Chairman of the Investment Committee, and
five years as the life science portfolio manager.
