values, products and innovations of eKnowvate Solutions Limited, building Brand
Identity and top of the mind Awareness. This is to be systematically achieved by:
• The development and production of a Corporate Profile for the organization.
• Brand promotion and development at the local, national and international levels
via the various types of media
• Public Relations management.
• Development of communications protocol (internal and external) to meet
international standards.
• Development of marketing collateral for organization’s products.
• Development of strong collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve
communication goals
• Development of all telemarketing facets for effective delivery in this area

8. Telemarketing
• Within the period of 2 months, the Corporate communications unit has
embarked on email and SMS campaigns for 2 of our products.
• The telemarketing team makes an average of 25 calls on a daily basis;
comprising both cold calls and follow-up calls.
• In the event that product consultants do not have a vast potential client
base, the telemarketing unit assists in developing a potential client base to
work with.
