management as well as associated resources. The project utilizes Project Tracking software by CA (Rally)
Associates in AGILE methodology.
2. Project Description: Describe the Project’s Purpose and scope. Provide resource libraries for 5 military branches focused on the Military Family including eBooks, Articles, tests,
and tutorials including the SATs.
Create the IT project to support this effort including systems implementation, content loading, and reporting
statistics on scoring, usage, and within appropriate privacy guidelines and coordinating the communication
between the different workstreams involve including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
Manage content loading, quarterly updates, website design, any special systems design required, testing on IT
and on content, testing on designated platforms, mobile devices, and browsers.
