2. Our Inspiration
Our inspiration is to promote independence, choice and re-
enablement. We provide a wide range of services including:
Nursing home; residential care and floating support. Key
innovations include:
 Our specialist complex/ multiple need
services for those who are serially
excluded/chaotic lifestyles
 Our anti-trafficking service – 24hour
support in partnership with Salvation
Army
 The adoption of BIODOSE – medication
management

4. Our Impact
Our services contribute to 5 key determinants of well-
being: Connect, Be active, Take notice, Keep learning
and Give – such as Flint Green House:
“Midland Heart is the provider of choice for our
customers”. (Medical Director of Reaside Secure Unit).
People with a psychotic illness die up to 25 years
earlier than the general population and are five times
more likely to smoke heavily. Yet by consulting with
our customers, all of our buildings are smoke free.
