As a multimedia instructional designer or eLearning developer, my goal is to work with a team of professionals that include programmers, subject matter experts, and creative designers to design and develop effective and engaging eLearning instructional management systems utilizing various learning theories, principles and models, along with storyboarding, mock-ups and digital media.
