included interior historic renovations and adaptive reuse of the original 1908 library.

Childrens Hospital of Michigan
Surgery Department Renovation- 10 phase renovation of entire surgery department while
keeping the unit operational at all times.
Neo-natal ICU- Multi-phase renovation of NICU including “quiet demolition” and extreme
life-safety measure to assure safety of patients.
Patient Unit Renovations- 16 phase renovation of all patient rooms over a four year span.
Stat Laboratory, Robotic Pharmacy, Lobby Renovations, Gift Shop Replacement, Chapel,
etc.

Harper Hospital
Bone Marrow Transplant Unit- 10,000 SF renovation of the 10th
floor to create a “State of
the Art” Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. The project was a competitively bid lump sum
contract bid from schematic designs. We worked with the architect to design and construct
the project within the budget and schedule.
Multiple projects were completed at Harper over several years.
Detroit Receiving Hospital
Psychiatric Unit Renovation- multiphase renovation of the unit while maintaining an active
unit.
Emergency Room CT Scanner
Multiple renovation projects over 5 years
Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital
Ten years negotiated contracts including:
Surgery Department – Total renovation of the entire Surgery Department including a new
infill addition to the hospital, 12 phases of construction over several years with an entire
new HVAC system in new penthouses. Much of the work completed during off hours.
Emergency Department- Total renovation of the entire E/R including a new addition
needed for the expansion. Again about a dozen phases over 3 years with much of the
work completed at night. Complex shutdowns and utilities work.
Numerous negotiated contracts over 10 years.
Cottage Hospital ( Henry Ford Health Services)
5. Surgery Department Renovation- Total renovation of surgery department in 9 phases while
maintaining services.
Oncology Addition- Construct addition to house MRI Unit and create a new oncology
department at this campus. Included multi-phase renovations to create this new unit.

structure interface, utilities, etc.
