Awards / Accomplishments
Received the ANNUAL GOLDEN PINE AWARD 3 times (Can Plant Production - 2015, Can Plant
Maintenance - 2012 and 2013)
the award is given to the department who had exceeded their targets for the year by at least 10%.
Lead the successful implementation of 36 CAPEX projects amounting to USD 4.5 Million from 2010 to
2014.
Went to Hosur, India and successfully created and proposed a complete plan for a Tin Can
Manufacturing Facility in 2015.
Successfully conducted the pre-shipment inspection in Spain for a purchased Double Seamer Machine
costing USD 200 Thousand in 2012. This resulted to a smooth commissioning of the project.
Successfully lead a team of supervisors from different departments when I was assigned as the
Cannery OIC for the night shift operations in 3 occasions starting December 2015. The whole cannery is
composed of 7 departments with 2 supervisors each and a total manpower of around 1,500 personnel.
Was able to contribute USD 3.0 Thousand in average yearly savings through implementation of cost
saving projects from 2010 to 2015.
As the assigned department auditee during regulatory and customer audits, all audits from 2010 to 2016
were passed. This was made possible through intricate planning, preparation and execution of the
different standards followed.
Was able to increase the skill of personnel through conducting several technical and regulatory training.
Lead 2 of my self-directed work teams, which I coached, to a GOLD MEDAL award for Kaizen and
Quality Circle regional competition.
