This document outlines the objectives and content of a FETAC Level 6 Certificate in Project Management course. The course is divided into three parts that cover the fundamentals of project management, risk and quality management, and managing people. Learners will understand how to analyze and plan projects using cutting-edge techniques and will develop leadership and teamwork skills. The course aims to provide learners with the tools, templates, and techniques to effectively manage projects as a project manager. It runs for 10 weeks, one night per week.
