5. Percutaneous Collagen Induction
In burn scars treatment are usually used systems that
either directly damage the subcutaneous tissue (steroids)
with great risk of atrophy, or destroy the epidermis and
the basal membrane (ablative) resulting in papillary
dermal fibrosis

skin layers (epidermis) and promote elastin and collagen
formation in the dermis
